Win98 install fails

One of our customers is installing our product on numerous computers. It installs fine on all but one. The PC is Windows 98. The install starts and shows a quick progress bar and then just stops. No error or anything. Any suggestions? I'm using version 6.0.0.2.

You might want to try building a setup for that customer that generates a log file, and then have them send the log file to you.

If you have any actions on the Startup tab, you might want to focus on those. Perhaps changing the settings on the On Error tabs for those actions might help you pinpoint the problem?

Well, I called the customer (who has tried the install many times) to look at the log file. It wasn't there. He ran the setup again and everything worked fine. I have no idea but at least the problem is gone.
