You have to put a Select Install Type Screen.

How you might accomplish this depends upon which version of Setup Factory you are using. Are you using version 5.0 or version 6.0?

Bubbancs is correct; you should look into using Install Types or Packages. Try looking in your Setup Factory user guide or in the Help file for more information on both topics.
