Thanks everyone for reply.

I have changed image sizes several times to find the sizes not showing lines. Hum..
Now I'm using first size I said, 128x58, 195x289, and it works fine.
It still shows some unwanted lines but it's ok.

Is your system using Large Fonts? If so, this will affect the image sizes at runtime.

I too experienced the same problem.

Following are the image sizes that works for me:

1. small image size 150(width)*80(height)
2. Large image sixe 220(width)*380(height)

I'm using Setup Factory 6.0 (exactly 6.0.0.2)
I know it's image sizes are 111x63, 165x310.
by help manual.
But when dialog box appears, image sizes are not that.
So I captured snapshot of my setup program and checked sizes.
Sizes are (about) 128x58, 195x289.
Not only welcome(large) image sizes but also small image sizes are differnt from manual.
I use 24 bit color images. But I tried to use 256 color one, result was same.
Hum...
May I send a screen captured image to you?

Hi,

I'm not sure which Welcome screen image you are referring to. Are you using Setup Factory 5.0 or Setup Factory 6.0?

As far as I understand images in Setup Factory 5.0 are 134x256 and images in Setup Factory 6.0 are either: 111x63 or 165x310

Perhaps you are getting distortion because your image is being resized? Or perhaps you are running on a 256-colour system? Or in Setup Factory 5.0 under EDIT -> PREFERENCES you have selected a Fixed Palette?

There are something wrong with install images.
It's viewing size is not same to real image size.
I captured welcome dialog and checked it's size, 195x289.
May due to that reason, image seems rough.
Images have several horizontal lines...
How do I solve this problems?
I tried to use 256 bmp instead of 24 bit image I first used.
Please reply..
