EXE maker ?

does anyone know of a program that let's one make executable files from say a simple text file that is windows based ? (the exe that is) i'd like a txt to exe converter for win32.

a simple text to exe conversion ala Simply Docs, Auto Text et al. so that it's a step better than a simple readme.txt viewed by notepad. ;-)

why ? with simply docs:

- the file can not be modified by end user!!!
- no external viewer required!!!!!!
- very fast scrolling!!!!!!!!
- can be password protected!!
- heaps more customizations!! heaps....

ps: this would have to be achived with little or no programming skill requirement.
have your simple ascii text converted to a self running exe.
