Billboard Screen for version 6.0

I just upgraded to version 6.0 and was making an exe file and when I tested it there was no Billboard Screen. Does 6.0 not have one? How do I get it to show up? I put all the info. under the General Design tab even applied a picture for it. But when I built the application and tested it no Billboar. What am I doing wrong? Need help right away!

The background image/billboard feature is not available in Setup Factory 6.0.
