SetHandleContext entry point???

A customer has just contacted me saying that he could not install one of our applications because the setup returned this error:

Error Message: "The procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Module: "irsetup.exe"

He's running Windows 2000 PRO.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Instruct your customer to locate their Temporary directory. You can find this directory by going to the Windows command prompt and typing "set". This will list the path that is currently set for TEMP or TMP. Then instruct them to go to this directory and empty it (This can also be done by Disk Cleanup). They should then reboot their system and try the installation again.
