One file to different locations based on user input

I have a word dot file that I need to install in either ...\office\startup or ...\office10\startup depending on which version of word the user has.

I realize I could have a radio button page for a user to choose his version of word, but I can't figure out how to change the install destination for the dot file based on that.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
