It's the big 300-page blue manual that came with the software when you bought it.

Unless you chose electronic delivery only...in which case, you can find it in the Start menu under:

Start -> Programs -> Indigo Rose Software -> Setup Factory 6.0 -> User's Guide

(IIRC).
