Yes you can, but I dont think it is exactly legal. You have to **** the program.

I know I can hex edit the program and remove the information but I wanted to know if I could change the icon on the setup file which is created within the software and also when you right click the exe there is a verion tab that says IndigoRose software and i wanted to know if there was a way to change that information. Thanks

No, SF does not allow you to do this.
