Is there ANY way to stop Setup Factory from making short cuts in the Start Menu?

Check the file properties for the executables: if no shortcut shall be created, then uncheck "Create shortcut in Start Menu" (Tab Shortcut). If you do this, no shortcut will be created for this executable, except you create one explitely by an action "Create Shortcut".
