How do choose the order of items

I want to choose the order of my items as they appear listed from the start menu/ programs. Uninstall to be listed last, and my other four items to be listed in an order I choose.
How can I determine the order?

I'm sorry, you cannot directly order the icons that appear in the Start Menu through Setup Factory. The ordering is controlled by the operating system settings.
