When I set it to 300000 or less it creates output at 464755 not 300000.

Due to the size of the installer, uninstaller and initialization data, that is the smallest setup.exe file that can be generated for your particular installation. This number can vary a small amount, but it's unlikely you'll be able to fit it on a 5 1/4" low density floppy.

ok; I'd think the exe would be large, but the following files could be smaller.... but ok.
