'Abort Setup' requires a re-boot
Using lastest SF 6.0.1.1 with MS Jet 4.0/MDAC and put a check in for IE version in the Startup Action section. Running on Win95B, the check works as it should, putting up a message box and issueing a Abort Setup. But when the IE setup is attempted, it says a Setup has been previously run and not completed - the system must be re-booted. Think it may have to do with including Jet/MDAC but not sure. Being that I added the script code in the Startup section (it's the only script code in Startup), I would think it's early enough. After the reboot, IE installs fine. Any ideas how I can correct this and avoid this unnecessary re-boot?
