converting "help" button into "next" button

It has been a long time since i posted anything. I want to know how i can convert the "help" button into "next" burron

It is not possible to use the "Help" button on a screen as the "Next" button. I'm not sure I understand why you need this functionality on that particular button instead of using the current "Next" button. Perhaps if you explained what you were wanting to do, I could suggest an alternate solution.
