Setup dialog not centered with large fonts

If you specify a large font (150% for instance) in 'Right click desktop - Display properties - Settings - Advanced - General', then the setup dialog increases in size, but the top left corner stays in the same location.

The uninstaller seems to be OK.

I have been able to replicate the problem you described and have entered a report to be looked into. Thank you.
