Can't install program

I downloaded a program that uses Setup Factory 6.0.0.4 for the installer. This download is 440 Megs and I don't want to download it again. When I run the install program I have to ctrl+alt+del to close it down because of a program not responding error. I have tried to transfer the program to CD but another program not responding issue. I would like to know why this is happening, I am confident that as your software was used to create this exe file, you will be able to solve my problem.

I am running Windows XP Home
1.2 GHZ Processor
40 GIG drive

This is kind of like asking someone at a hammer manufacturer why the carpenter you hired put a nail in the wrong place when he built your house. [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

In other words, you will probably have better luck contacting the people you downloaded it from.

(It could be a problem with your system, such as a hardware failure or a virus, or it could just be that the people who built that setup didn't do it right.)
