Programatically displaying a Screen

Is there a way to programatically display a screen in the actions. For example every time i issue the abort setup command, i want the abort setup screen to come up with appropriate text in it..

No, I'm sorry, there is no method for displaying a screen from an actions list. They can only be conditionally shown in the order that you have added them to your project.
