I tried to submit the following request to the support, but the form at http://www.indigorose.com/support/form4.php seems broken since when I click on submit nothing happens.
We created an installation package with an uninstaller using Setup Factory 6.0.1.2. When run, the uninstaller doesn't remove every files, as you can see:

We can't find any reason for this behaviour. Our installation package is quite simple and straightforward; the files aren't locked or still in use by other apps.
We experienced this problem on two different XP systems; on a W98 system the problem doesn't happen.
Thanks,
Marco
