hi my name is jessica and i have been having a huge problem. my video hadnt been playing correctly, the sound was fine, but the video was choppy. i then ran Dxdiag.exe and found that i was failing at step 21 (flip) with the error code 0x887600e6. i then went to ati.com and downloaded some new drivers. when i ran the diagnostic tool again all steps were successful, but now none of my videos can be changed in size. none of my videos will switch to fullscreen mode. i checked all of my codecs, and all of my codecs were fine except for mpeg4 v1,2,3. it was "not working properly". i have been everywhere to try and find an mpeg4 fix, but i cannot. i was hoping someone might be able to help me out. there are many movies i would love to watch but simply cant because i cant make them any bigger than how they are opened. any help woould be greatly appreciated...thank you!
