Why each time I change the if file already exists setting to Ask the user and click the OK button. After I open the properties page again, the Ask the user would change back to Overwrite if existing file is same or older. Just Curious. what step i miss out here.

My guess is that you are not using the latest build of the product. Make sure you are using 6.0.1.2. You can find that information under HELP->ABOUT SETUP FACTORY. You can then update your software by going to HELP->CHECK FOR UPDATE.

Or you may be clicking "Cancel" instead of "OK" each time.
