  • How to make difference between W2K and W2K server (read boot.ini?)

    Hi !
Is there possibility 2 to make difference between W2K and W2K server ? Are there different files or services running what I can compare? Or I simply have to read boot.ini in the root?

    Thx in advance. . . . .

I don't have W2K Server to reference, however take a look at the following Registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Compare 2000's entries with 2000 Server's to see if there are any values there that will help.
