project with 2 install

Hi all,
I need an example on how to do 2 installs in one setup file.
I want to install my DB server ( it's own installexe)
after the server is started
copy a file in the newly created directory.
after this is complete
install a application in the proper directory
then execute it.

Is there an example or the needed steps explained somewheres??

In order to answer this accurately, is your DB server a Setup Factory installation, or one created using some other tool? If it was made using some other tool, do you know which one?

Are you wanting to include this DB server installation file in the archive of your main install, or will that file be located outside the archive, such as on the same CD-ROM?
