Setup Freezing?

Hello all, I have a small problem. I created a project with Setup Factory Version 5, and on one machine (running Win 98), the setup file starts to run and just as the main setup screen comes up, it freezes at the same spot every time. I have tested this setup on other 98 machines and it runs fine? Any ideas on what I could check on this particular machine to see why the setup is freezing?

are you doing any actions? We had an action where we looked for a file in %WinDir% but on a machine that it didnt' have the file; it took forever, and appeared to hang... Just a thought.
SUF seems to write out the log file AFTER it does something, so I doubt the log file would give you much info...
