Setup Factory Run Time Module Installation Error

While installing the MDAC2.7 and ODBC Runtime module i got an error "A valid installation of setup factory has not been found on your computer.This setup will now abort".

I have been using setup factory 6.0 upgraded with the latest patct to version 6.0.1.2.

Kindly help me out.

My suggestion would be to reinstall Setup Factory itself so you have a clean install. After doing so, you shouldn't have a problem. The runtime support module installs check to make sure you have a valid version, so if there is any descrepancy in what it is checking for, it will fail. If you need a new install file, email our sales department with your serial number and contact information and they will provide you with a new set of download instructions.
