Is their a method I can use to tell if I am on a windows 2003 computer? Also is their a way to tell if a computer is in Terminal Server Application Mode?

No, I'm sorry, there currently isn't a variable for Windows 2003. However you may find that information in the following Registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Take a look there and see if there is any particular information you can read.

I'm not sure of the Terminal Server aspect of your question, I'm sorry.
