problem with unnamed file

I have 4 gig of files that I am trying to span over 7 cd's. Setup Factory crashes due to an unnamed file while trying to create the 4th or 5th file. If I seperate the files into 2 groups and have a seperate installer for each, it will work. But I want 1 group. Is there a limitation to the number of cd's I can span?

I believe that the size limit for a single executable in Setup Factory is about 2 Gigs. So you will run into problems unless the files are less than that.
