    Had to uninstall as instructured in the e-mail sent by I.R. to get this update for AMS 7 to work. The AMS 7 updated .exe seems to be running fine for me now.

    Nice on the DataGrid being added in. That new feature should bring more sales on board, if folks learn that it has been added in. Over 100 Actions in that pupply.

    Thanks I.R. team for the update to AMS 7.

    Project Explorer Pane Issue

    Has the issue with the redrawing of the Panes been fixed?

    I'm getting a redrawing error when I Select an object on the Project Explorer pane. check out the image...

    if i minize the app then reopen it, the redraw is fixed.

    Just though I would pass it on.

    Yes, a full uninstall of AutoPlay v7.1.1000 and a re-install of the downloaded program from the portal does give me v7.1.1005. The new features are now available and the "about" under help shows the new version number. THANKS.

    Someone in our support department came and talked to me, and he said that doing a full uninstall, and then installing the new version fixes the problem.

    Give that a try, and we'll look into the issue.

    One more bit of information, the about information under the help menu shows the old version number, but when I click update under the help menu and it validates with the website, it shows that I have version 7.1.1005.0 installed...but again the about information under help states that I have version 7.1.1000....this is really wierd. Since there are no new features, I have to believe that I really still have the old version.

    Hi Bruce,

    What do you mean no update? Does anything come up when you select Help | Check For Update?

    At the end of the update you should see an Update Result screen with a large while scrolling text area containing some text, your update status, and a link to the customer portal. Does this screen not come up for you?

    I downloaded from the portal and installed. AutoPlay does not show the newer version when I click about under the help menu...nor is the IRScriptEditor or Grid features available...there definitely appears to be an issue with the update file.

    Yep did that, no update.
    Doing the Portal now....
    NOPE! I d/l the update but it will not keep/stay!

    Hi Bruce,

    I'm not sure what problem you are having, but in order to get the update you need to download the install for the Indigo Rose customer portal. You can log into the customer portal here: https://www.indigorose.com/customers/login.php

    You can also get there by selecting Help | Check For Update in the menu in AMS. This will launch an update that will tell you the current status of your subscription and provide a link to the Indigo Rose customer portal.
