Exe that I made SetupFactory 8.0 and run /s option

can i change value of _SilentInstall on Windows 7 ?

I made sure that Windows XP is available. but no available Windows 7

_SilentInstall = false; of _SilentInstall = true;

Support for Windows 7 exists since Setup Factory 8.1.1008.0, and for Windows 7 SP1 since Setup Factory 9.1.
I don't understand how this would be related to a silent install, though.
