create custom installation with SF9.5

I have a license to AMS and i need to build a setup file. I thought to build my own installation software with AMS but it takes a lot of work and I thought maybe it could be built with SF9.5. can i create custom installation with SF9.5?? my software is divided into 4 parts and not everyone needs everything so I thought to do custom installation. Is it possible and if so how?

Typically you would use Packages in your setup, assign the files to the corresponding packages, and allow the user to select which should be installed.
