There is no built-in support for automatic support of RTL languages, as far as I know. You may need to align the texts manually. I believe that there is currently no language files with RTL alignment in the Setup Factory package, so I cannot test this.

I contacted the developers, and I was told that Setup Factory has some support for RTL languages, but it is undocumented - not mentioned explicitly in the documentation.
After you create the language files with your translation in Hebrew, language 13, you may change the language_map.xml file and insert the RTL element, like this:



After reloading Setup Factory, try to use the language file you created, and your texts should be presented in right-to-left.
