You need to check the registry and locate the unique registry key of your application, which by default is the application name followed by the version number, unless you changed the setting in Uninstall - Settings - Control Panel.
Once you have located the key in the registry, extract the UninstallString value and run it. Make sure that you wait until the uninstaller executable is removed from the disk, before you proceed and deploy any new files.
