Installing multiple applications at once

Hello. Is it possible to have one setup file install two or three separate applications at the same time? Thanks.

It is possible to run a set of secondary setups, sure. However, I would not recommend running them "at the same time", but one after another. These secondary setups would likely be used as Primer or External files.
