Uninstall Problem

Hello,

I’m using the Setup Factory 9.5 version for create two installer programs. Both programs with the same settings are succesfully created. I can install both of them, but I only can uninstall one of them. I ’m trying to uninstall it at the 'Add or Remove Programs' (Control Panel) menu, but it worthless, it doesn’t do anything. I tested it on 2 computers, and there was the same problem at each one. Each of them has Windows 10 operation system. If I try to click on the uninstall.exe file at a C:\Windows\'AppName' folder, I get this message: „'Invalid start mode: archive filename”. What could be the problem?

I see that you are using the commercial version of Setup Factory 9.5.1.0. However, your forum account is not linked to a registered customer account, neither could I find product licenses under the company names of "Számviteli Rendszer Kft" or "QualitySoft" or associated email domains. If you have a license for Setup Factory, please log into the Customer Portal, and associate your forum user name with your account.
