You could help me with function GetTextExtentPoint32 (https://msdn.microsoft.com/es-es/lib...(v=vs.85).aspx), I don´t know how call function with out parameter.

This function returns a pointer to a structure holding the value. With the actions provided in Setup Factory, you can only pass and receive values. I suggest that you create a custom DLL or a plugin to call the function(s) you need, and make them return the value to your script.
