Creating Desktop Icon stopped working.

For years, we've had creating a desktop icon enabled in the Properties of the main app. This suddenly stopped working. I have toggled the settings, but no change. Does anybody have any idea, what could be wrong?
No errors in the creation of the build.

Could a script error interrupt the install? Seems to be working now.

If you ran into a scripting error, then you should have something in your installation log file. In case of an error, the rest of the script in the current event will be ignored...
