Create Symbolic Link

My app has undergone a name change, ie: it was app.exe but is now newapp.exe, and I want to create a symbolic link that will run newapp.exe should someone start from an old shortcut. In fact I have another app that runs app.exe when it completes its task.

I know that this is outside the scope of SUF, but any ideas will be appreciated.

Problem solved. Found an app called PureBasic, wrote 3 lines of code and now have a 7Kb EXE that opens my newapp.exe found in the same folder
