Code Signing with .cer file which is all I have been given.

I have received an EV Code Signing Certificate from Sectigo.

All that I have is a .cer file that is on the USB they sent, and nothing else. Their support is worse that useless unfortunately.

I have done a lot of reading all over the place and I just cannot work out how to use the .cer file with Setup Factory, nor how to convert a .cer to a .pfx for example.

Appreciate any input.
