Old shortcuts refuse to remove

Yes, it looks fine to me. Without access to the actual project file, I assumed that "Billing Clerk", without the "the", was the product name, as used in the shortcut caption. The product name is also the default name of the shortcut folder in new projects, but if you customized this, there is of course no problem in using the %AppShortcutFolderName% instead of the %ProductName% in the script as long as it gives you the desired result.
