custom version not working

I have configured the custom version but it is not shown in the final exe build. How to resolve this problem

Perhaps you have more than one build configurations. Setting custom version information works fine here.

No. I have checked it has only 1 build configurations. It was working previously but suddenly it stop working. I tried uninstall and reinstall the setup factory but it does not resolve the issue.
Is there any external dependencies for changing the custom version?

anyway, I tested on another machine and it was working. So definitely, it seems to be a machine specific problems but I don't know what causes the problem
