Can constants be used to initialize Session Variables on the Session Variables screen?

During my builds, on the command line I use the /CONST setting to pass an INI file for the purpose of setting constants that I use to initialize source file paths and the Session Variables such as %ProductVer%, that are defined on the Session Variables screen.

Yes, you can use design-time constants for setting Session Variables.
