Move all controls down / right on screen in design mode?

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be a very useful feature.

I have a large Custom screen with about a dozen or more controls. I would like to be able to shift all controls, for example, down 20. Maybe I need to add a new control at the top.

Right now I have to select each control and move it. If I need to nudge them down yet a little more, I have to repeat the whole process. It can get awfully tedious. Is there any nifty way (even with a commercial product) to select multiple controls on a Custom screen and move them?
