irsetup error pop up message

I am getting the following pop up message/error during installation irsetup Removed! 1
Any idea what is wrong or how I can get rid of this message?

an application
checking the installer log - no issues reported. it is annoying because the installer does not continue after this message pops up. looks like is happening after creating a temporary folder - pop up message appears

This is the message I am getting

And using Setup Factory 8.2.1.0 I am not getting this message , all is clean, for same project
