Start Menu shortcuts not in alphabetical order

Using SF 9.0.4.0 and only have it create 2 shortcuts in the start menu > app folder. One called 'Billing Clerk Version 8' and the other 'DirectConnect'. However, it keeps putting the Direct before the Billing. How do I get it to do it alphabetically and/or force the Billing to the top?

It appears that once you (or the user) rearranged Start Menu items manually, it won't be ordered automatically any longer. You need to delete the "Order" key in the registry so items are again automatically sorted. There is a KB article at MSDN for that.

Strange because it happened on a totally fresh created Windows we always do for final install testing.
