Add description to service when installing?

Is it possible to somehow add a description to a service when installing it via Service.Create? I'd like the description to show in Windows' Services Manager.

I don't see it as an option in Service.Create. Is there another way of adding it subsequently?

You can do this only if you write a custom function in a plugin or DLL. A suggestion for this was already submitted in the past, but currently you can 't set the description for a service in Setup Factory.
