Adding an editable grid

Is it possible to add a grid like this to a "custom screen"?

The text cells would need to be editable; the "delete" buttons (shown in the last column) would need to be clickable.

You could perhaps embed an ActiveX control for displaying a spreadsheet or grid, but the question is how you would receive notification messages and retrieve the data/updates in SUF when the user interacts with the control. Setup Factory does not have a grid control you could place on a custom page, neither does it support object plugins similar to AutoPlay Media Studio. I believe that what you ask for cannot be done at this time.
