Please check the documentation, with Setup Factory you always had the possibility to define the install order for files. And in the event scripts, you can target any of the files of the installer.

Hello, event scripts can't do that : After Setup Factory install A.exe, then run A.exe, then Factory install install B.dll ( B.dll will replace something which be placed in system by A.exe's running).
If use "On post install" to run A.exe after Setup Factory install all files, B.dll will be replaced by A.exe's running.
So you are installing setups? Perhaps it would be better if you add these setups to the Primer Files, run them in the needed order, and finally replace any DLLs with newer versions from the Archive tab.
