Suggestion: ToolTips and Context-Specific Help

Three very useful features in Setup Factory would be:

1) ToolTips for screen controls
2) Context-specific help
3) Have the OnCtrlMessage action intercept Function Keys (like F1)

Any chance of any of these being in 9.3?
