I do not know how to use it

Hello I hope everyone is fine
I have a designer program in the visual.net and i did use it the Visual Patch 3.0 Trial to have the Patche but after that i don't know how to use the TrueUpdate 3.0 Trial whit it plase can some one help me to give me Video tutorial or pictures to illustrate
