Visual Patch Help

When I try to open the Visual Patch Help (F1 or through the menu) I briefly get a busy cursor and then nothing happens.

Does anyone know what's going wrong?

Can you open the CHM file manually, by clicking the file in the Docs sub folder of the Visual Patch installation or using the shortcut in the Start menu?

Yes, both of those methods work.
