Duplicated KeyFile with same File name

I mistakenly added duplicated file named MPUilib.ocx with both of them set as keyfile and force install . Now , when it is patched only one of it is deployed

The problem is that when i try to patch it , the newly created patch reference or detect the two of them because they are both set as keyfile but only one of them exist , it end up a message "Could not locate software" . Is there any solution to this problem ?

It might easier to understand if you could post your project... I may be missing something here, as I would remove the extra (key)file from the version where it occurs, and rebuild the patch.

I already remove the extra key file but it doesnt work . I attached screenshot
